5.6. Our voluntary return guarantee does not limit any cancellation rights, warranty rights, or other remedies available under applicable law.

8.2. Drink-screening tests have limitations. They may not detect all substances used in drink spiking and may produce false-positive or false-negative results.

8.3. A negative result does not guarantee that a drink is safe. A test result cannot establish that a drink is free from every potentially harmful substance.

8.4. Do not consume a drink if a test indicates a positive result, the result is unclear, or you suspect the drink has been tampered with, regardless of the test result. If you feel unwell or suspect you have been spiked, seek medical help promptly.

8.5. These products do not replace professional medical assessment or forensic testing. Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8.6. Follow all application, testing, reading, storage, and disposal instructions supplied with your product. Do not assume a test is suitable for a particular beverage or substance unless the product instructions expressly state this.
